Our story
Firmac s.r.l. has been active in the beverage sector since 1990, specializing in designing, constructing, and assembling components for food packaging systems and general industrial plants.
With more than 5,000 m² distributed over five production areas, we guarantee the highest quality and operational flexibility from design to manufacturing components and spare parts.
A comprehensive service
We are equipped with multiple dedicated workstations for sheet metal bending and bar cutting, a specific area for deburring and surface finishing (including micro-shot peening, satin finishing, and polishing), and ten TIG and MAG welding stations managed by certified personnel, capable of meeting the highest quality standards required by the industries we serve.
Tailor-made solutions
Our continually expanding department features both CNC systems (universal machining centers and live-tool lathes) and traditional machines (milling machines, parallel lathes, and drill-mills), enabling us to handle a wide range of chip-removal machining tasks. We specialize in single-piece production, especially for spare parts, but we can also easily manage small to medium production batches.
Specialization
We assemble filling machines, rinsers, blow molders, case packers, de-casers, palletizers, and conveyor belts. Upon request, we can also work on-site, directly at your facility, to perform routine and/or extraordinary maintenance activities.
Certified quality
In 2013, our Quality Management System received UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and EN ISO 3834 Part 4 certifications for welding procedures. Our
qualified welders perform TIG welding on stainless steel and MIG welding on both stainless steel
and carbon steel, ensuring the highest quality and reliability of workmanship.
