We can mark any type of logo, alphanumeric code and / or bar code or Matrix Data with a latest-generation fiber laser marking machine. We mark on stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and alloys, non-chlorinated plastic polymers.

Tooling Machines
An expanding department with both CNC machining centers (universal machining centers and motorized lathes) and traditional machines (milling machines, parallel lathes and drill-mills) that is able to solve multiple machining jobs needs for removal.
Specialist on the typical unitary batch of the beverage industry (especially spare parts), we can still handle even small and medium-sized lots without problems.
Cutting accurate and not less cheap, we can cut on stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and alloys. We are equipped with two Bystronic ByLaser 4000x2000mm and Bystronic BySpeed 3000x1500mm systems that guarantee a quick set-up of sheet metal to be cut.

Accurate and clean cutting, we can cut even very important (virtually limitless) thicknesses on stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and alloys. We are equipped with a Bystronic ByJet 3000x1500mm

Firmac s.r.l. has been operating in the Beverage industry since 1990 and is specialised in the construction and assembly of bottling machines for third parties. Distributed on five factories for a total of over 5000 square meters. Firmac s.r.l. boasts among its references some of the most important and historic companies in the Beverage industry. In 2013, the Corporate Quality Management System has been awarded the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 and EN ISO 3834 Part 4 Certification for Welding Processes, Practiced by Solder Welders in TIG Stainless Steel and MIG Processes both on stainless steel and carbon steel.History
